Design
We offer full Cad Cam design, solid modelling with full machining capabilities. Please feel free to contact us with any requirements you might have or any ideas i.e. billet plenums or one off components you may want making. We see a lot of poorly welded items which we can transform into a billet model and CNC machined up for you. All models of vehicle catered for and always willing to look at new ideas and projects. Heli Coiling-Thread Repair
Full heli-coil thread repair service. From cylinder heads through to blocks. We have an excellent thread repair service which includes removing any snapped off threads, we can remove most threads up to the size we can get on our spark eroder, and can heli-coil repair threads which may mean salvaging cylinder heads and other items. O-Ring Grooving
We offer a full o-ring machining service for manifolds and inlets etc providing it is possible to do. We use high grade viton o-rings and cord to cope with high engine temps.
